PT Tropical Brotherhood Retreat is a foreign-investment company (PT PMA) incorporated in Bali, Indonesia, operating in owned and leased real estate. We develop and hold our own properties — designed by Indonesian architects, engineered to Indonesian building standards, and built by a local team we employ directly.
Our first estate is under construction in Sandan, Baturiti — a three-building villa retreat set in the Tabanan highlands, fully licensed and reporting quarterly to Indonesia's investment authority (BKPM).
The Retreat
Modern tropical architecture — wide hip roofs, floor-to-ceiling glass, natural stone and teak — opening every room to the mountain air of Baturiti.
314 m² over two storeys: double-height foyer, open living and dining, chef's kitchen, master suite with walk-in wardrobe, and glass-wrapped bedrooms above the garden.
A twin of Villa A, mirrored across the estate — the same architecture, proportions and finishes, doubling the retreat's residential capacity.
150 m² of guest suites, secondary kitchen and living space — hosting staff and visiting guests without disturbing the privacy of the main villas.

Location
Sandan village sits at roughly 700 metres in the Tabanan regency — Bali's garden belt of lake temples, rice terraces and cool mountain mornings, forty minutes from Ubud and an hour and a half from the airport.
